Control of Adverse Media (negative publicity) in CM1

AML | Publish date: 27 Feb 2020

Adverse Media is all kind of unfavorable information about companies. Depending on the business, there are various reasons for controlling companies / suppliers / customers with whom you have or intend to have a business relationship.

In CM1, as an additional service, you can check if there is any type of negative media for companies that you have a relationship with or are thinking about starting a business relationship with, and whether this has caused a legal sanction such as preliminary investigation, trial and judgments.

Adverse Media is managed within CM1 as information lists in the same way as PEP and Sanction with the possibility of control via Batch, API and manual controls.
