Functionality for managing people connected to organizations and companies (Beneficial Owners, Representatives etc) is an existing feature in CM1.
These people are regularly checked within the service if they are PEP or on a Sanctions list. New is that CM1 collects Beneficial Owners from the Swedish Bolagsverket. Beneficial Owners for organizations and companies will be updated every day with current information from the Swedish Bolagsverket.
Beneficial Owners from the Swedish Bolagsverket will be an additional service within CM1 with a fixed monthly cost.
